This work is inspired by a photo by Alejandro "Colo" Sejanovich, a prestigious Argentine winemaker, creator of top-notch wines, and recognized among Argentina's most talented and expert winemakers.
This compact, long bunch, which provides a unique aromatic diversity, is an example of ancient vines from Tolombón, in the Argentine province of Salta.
