The city of La Plata has some treasures that few know about. One of them is the Eleven Street Distillery, founded by its Master Distiller Daniel Bejarano, who generously invited Adrián Conti from Web4 Diseño and me to visit and discover the secrets of his art in distilling his range of spirits.

With an artisanal profile, this small distillery in La Plata currently produces a Blended whisky, a young Single Malt whisky, 6 varieties of signature Gin, a Triple Sec and a Grappa.

Throughout their entire range of beverages, one can perceive the dedication, the originality, the construction of a unique, Platense and remarkable identity.

It is remarkable the effort, passion and soul that its creator, Daniel Bejarano, puts into each of his products.

Listening to the details of each process, tasting each of its expressions with their expert guidance, and experiencing the thrill of tasting a cask strength straight from the barrel for the first time is something I will never forget.
