Established in 2005, Kilchoman was the first new distillery to be built in Islay in more than 124 years. Kilchoman founder Anthony Wills set out to revive the lost art of farm distillation.
The 100% Islay range represents the revival of Single Malt Whiskey grown from barley to bottle in one place.
Kilchoman is one of the few whiskey distilleries in Scotland that remains independent.

The Oban Distillery was founded in 1794 by brothers Hugh and John Stevenson, and is the heart of the city.
In 1813 Thomas Stevenson, Hugh's son returns from Buenos Aires to become a partner in the distillery and 7 years later he is in charge of Oban after Hugh's death.
The town grows near the distillery, the The railroad reaches Oban, and in 1883 J. Walter Higgin buys it by making improvements that take Oban single malt Scotch to another level.

Cada año se evapora un 2% del whisky que madura en las barricas, es lo que se conoce como «la parte de los ángeles».
Esta pintura muestra el interior del depósito de la destilería, donde descansan las barricas esperando el momento apropiado para convertirse en la exquisita y delicada expresión de Tomatin, un referente entre los whiskies de las Highlands.
El concepto de destilería Tomatin es una celebración del whisky, su lugar y las personas que construyeron su comunidad que, desde 1897, existe en el corazón de todo lo que hacen.

Tribute to the Raasay Distillery
Inspired by a photo of the distillery

The first single malt legal Scotch whiskey on Raasay Island, from an island rooted in centuries of illicit distillation, will launch in 2020.
While they wait for the first single malt whiskey on Raasay Island ("While We Wait") , they have created a single malt that demonstrates their whiskey making skills and offers a taste of what comes from the distillery. This limited edition whiskey combines two expressions of a distillery, one smoked, one non-smoked, finished in French oak Tuscan red wine barrels. The result: a single malt whiskey of rare origin.

Tribute to Isle of Arran Distillery

Production of Arran started at the first distillery in beautiful Lochranza almost 25 years ago.
Many other places were considered at the time, but the proximity to Loch na Davie provided them with a rather special source of fresh water for distillation.
They have a second distillery open in the south of the island last year in Lagg, where they make a very unique style of simple peeled malt.
