Homenaje a la Destilería Lagg

En 2017, Arran Whisky comenzó a construir una nueva destilería y su magnífico centro de visitantes en el sur de la isla en Lagg. Dos años después, la Destileria Lagg abrió las puertas, alli producen un single malt ahumado de estilo único.
Los arquitectos han creado un edificio espectacular para hacer eco de los contornos de Arran. Sus dramáticos techos están cubiertos con una manta sedum que contiene una mezcla de plantas que cambian de color con las estaciones.

Homenaje a la Destilería Tomatin.

Tomatin Distillery is a malt Scotch whiskey distillery in the village of Tomatin, 15 miles south of Inverness. Their whiskey, as they say, the softest side of the Highlands, offers a great diversity of flavors.
The word Tomatin is Gaelic, meaning "juniper bush hill", but the mark owes its origin to the writing of the Scottish poet Sir Walter Scott. The Tomatin distillery was first run in 1897.

Tribute to Ardbeg Distilery

The Ardbeg Distillery lies on the most southerly part of Islay on the rugged shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Islay history is Ardbeg heritage. The island's past lives in its present.

Single malt de Islay, no filtrado en frío, 46% AV, 10 años de maduración en barricas ex bourbon de primer y segundo uso. Este delicioso destilado es puro vapor de mar y una inmensa intensidad ahumada que deja paso a la dulzura de la malta para un perfecto balance.

Thanks to John Robertson's suggestion, I decided to put on the canvas a beautiful image of this unique distillery, which brings such a distinctive whiskey, as well as delights us with its magnificent views of its building.
Built in 1897 and known as « the highest distillery in the country ”, Dalwhinnie (“ meeting plain ”in Gaelic) gets its name from its location at a crossroads of old roads, between two mountain ranges.

Otra colaboración de Argentina y Escocia, como una sugerencia de John Robertson, llegó esta vista casi nocturna de la destilería Bruichladdich.
Ubicado en el extremo sudoeste de la remota isla de Islay, es el productor de Whisky Single Malt de Bruichladdich, Port Charlotte y Octomore y el Islay Dry Gin Botanist.
La pintura muestra una vista de la Destilería desde la orilla, al final de la tarde, tomando el color turquesa del cielo y su reflejo en el agua como un guiño a la botella de «The Classic Laddie» y «The Laddie Eight», por el maestro destilador Jim Mc Ewan.
